Terms & Conditions for TriviaRival

Welcome to TriviaRival ("the Game", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using TriviaRival, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

TriviaRival is intended for users aged 13 years or older. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet this age requirement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use TriviaRival solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or resell the Game.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game.
• Use the Game for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

3. Player Accounts

Certain features, including Online Multiplayer, Cloud Saves, Leaderboards, and Achievements, may require you to create or sign in to an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under it.

4. Game Modes

TriviaRival includes:

• Single Player Mode
• Local Offline Multiplayer
• Online Multiplayer
• IQ Test Mode

Some features require an internet connection and may not be available in all regions.

5. Online Multiplayer Rules

When participating in Online Multiplayer, you agree to:

• Play fairly and honestly.
• Respect other players.
• Avoid cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized software.
• Avoid disrupting the experience of other players.
• Follow all applicable laws and platform rules.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules.

6. Leaderboards and Rankings

Scores submitted to leaderboards must be earned through legitimate gameplay. Any fraudulent activity, manipulation, unauthorized modification, or cheating may result in the removal of scores or permanent account suspension.

7. IQ Test Disclaimer

The IQ Test mode is designed for entertainment purposes only. Results are not intended to measure actual intelligence and should not be considered a certified psychological, educational, medical, or professional assessment.

8. Virtual Currency and In-Game Items

TriviaRival may include virtual currency, rewards, unlockable content, cosmetic items, and other in-game items. These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly required by applicable law.

9. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable and are subject to the refund policies of the respective app store.

10. Advertisements

TriviaRival may display advertisements. Some advertisements may be personalized based on your device settings, platform settings, and applicable privacy laws.

11. Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, new content, balance changes, security improvements, or feature improvements at any time. Some updates may be required to continue using online features.

12. Intellectual Property

All content within TriviaRival, including but not limited to software, source code, artwork, graphics, characters, music, sound effects, user interface, logos, trademarks, and game design, is owned by or licensed to OasForge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat or exploit the Game.
• Use offensive, abusive, harmful, or illegal content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• Attempt unauthorized access to servers, systems, accounts, or services.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the Game.

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension without prior notice.

14. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the Game or online features will always be available. Online features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, server outages, or third-party service interruptions.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OasForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TriviaRival.

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

16. Privacy

Your use of TriviaRival is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected, used, and protected.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Game at any time if these Terms & Conditions are violated or if necessary to protect the Game, its users, our systems, or our services.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where OasForge is legally established, registered, or operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
