At OasForge, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you would like us to delete your account and any associated personal data, you may submit a data deletion request using the information below.

What Data Can Be Deleted?

Upon request, we may permanently delete the following information associated with your account:

Player Account Information

• Display Name
• Email Address
• Player ID

Game Progress

• Single Player Progress
• Online Multiplayer Statistics
• Offline Multiplayer Records (if stored online)
• IQ Test Results
• Achievements
• Leaderboard Entries (where applicable)

Cloud Save Data

• Virtual Currency Balance
• Purchased Items linked to your account (where legally permitted)
• Gameplay Statistics

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and personal data, please send an email to:

• Your Player ID (if available)
• Your Registered Email Address
• Your Display Name

Verification

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we may ask you to verify ownership of your account before processing your request.

Processing Time

After successful verification, we aim to process your request within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

What Happens After Deletion?

Once your request has been completed:

• Your account will be permanently deleted.
• Your game progress cannot be recovered.
• Your cloud save data will be permanently removed.
• Your leaderboard entries may be removed.
• Your achievements and gameplay statistics may be permanently erased.
• You may lose access to purchased content where restoration is not supported by the applicable app store.

Information We May Retain

We may retain certain information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, protect our users, or enforce our Terms & Conditions.
